Why are women so stressed out? According to a new book by Oxford University Professor Daniel Freeman, women are 20-40% more likely to suffer from a range of mental illnesses including depression, panic disorder, phobia and insomnia. And according to Daniel Freeman's study, these problems are not genetically linked but are "environmentally induced" - in other words, something or someone is making women feel worse. If you have suffered from depression or panic, whether you are a woman or a man, was it some external pressure that damaged your mental state? And do you think it's true that women suffer more stress than men? If so, what should men be doing about it?
