Samoa Air chief executive Chris Langton has told our program Pacific Beat that the company has modified one of the rows in the aircraft and added a ramp for easier access by people weighing over 130kg. Have you ever been the victim of an online scam? New figures show Australians reported losing more than $93 million to scams last year. Delia Rickard from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission says the most common form of scam is "advance fee fraud". She says many people do not know they have been scammed until it is too late. "You might get an email out of the blue telling you that you've inherited $1 million from a long-lost aunt in the United States, but you have to pay this fee to get it out," she told the ABC.
