The Kings District RCMP are requesting the public's assistance in locating a 44 year old Howe Point man, Joey Francis Laybolt. RCMP say the last known contact with Laybolt was June 7th, 2013. Laybolt is not suspected of being a danger to himself or to others, and the police are attempting to locate him to ensure his well being. Anyone having any information in relation to Laybolt's whereabouts is asked to contact the Montague RCMP. Sgt. Kevin Baillie at (902) 838-9300
