Today on KRWG-FM, President Obama is scheduled to make a major speech today at 12 noon at the National Defense University in Washington, DC. He is expected to announce major changes in US foreign policy regarding the use of drone airstrikes overseas. He is also expected to talk about the issue of detainees in Guantanamo prison.
